Suitable for ages 16-25 (please get in touch if you are outside of the age range but would like to attend).

This will be a safe, fun writing space to connect with nature, explore what is around and inside us, create and share pieces of work reflecting  thoughts, experiences, memories, dreams, hopes and insights for the future. It will be an individual and group experience. No materials or writing experience needed, just bring yourself and an open mind…

Ligia Macedo was born in Mozambique. She writes poetry and fiction. Her short story My Land featured in Field Work New Nature Writing from East Anglia, and her poems in No Relevance, Red Herring Press, under the pen name, Gia Mawusi. She participated in the High Street Tales Project and co-wrote “Under the watchful eyes of seagulls”. Ligia works in Community Projects in Great Yarmouth and participated in Poetry Readings in Norwich and Great Yarmouth, and several Creative Writing Workshops.
