Creative Facilitators

At Young Norfolk Arts we are always looking to expand our pool of local facilitators living in or with links to Norfolk, to create and lead workshops for our Young Norfolk Arts Collective (YNAC) aged 16-25. By keeping a database of local creatives we can ensure that we programme exciting, fresh and responsive workshops, where the collective can learn from a variety of professionals in various fields. 

Submitting your interest does not guarantee you will be picked to facilitate a session due to the collective programme running as a project by project basis. We might get in touch with you about other opportunities that may arise outside of the YNA Collective. To find out more about the collective in general please visit the link here.

Who are we looking for:

• Creative facilitators who have experience in leading workshops for those aged 16-25.
• Developing and implementing workshops
• A professional in their field
• Knowledge of inclusivity and diversity
• Inspiring effective group communication and decision-making
• Active listening
• Time keeping
• Attention to detail
